Teeth Extractions:

Some teeth must be extracted because they are severely decayed; others may have advanced periodontal disease, or have broken in a way that cannot be repaired. Other teeth may need removal because they are poorly positioned in the mouth (such as impacted teeth), or in preparation for orthodontic treatment. We will always discuss alternatives to teeth extractions as well as replacement of the extracted tooth.

Procedure

Before removing your tooth, your dentist will give you a local anesthetic to numb the area where the tooth will be removed. The removed tooth can be replaced with an implant, a denture, or a bridge.
